We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in the role of Customer Service Associate primarily stationed within our coffee shop and department sections. This position is pivotal in creating an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated. The role requires providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries about products, making product recommendations, and assisting with beverage preparation according to established recipes and standards. The Customer Service Associate will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of store merchandise, collaborating with team members to achieve company goals, and ensuring that all operations adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.

Additionally, this position supports the company’s safety protocols by identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions, accidents, or suspicious activity to management. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage conflict with a calm and cooperative attitude and be adept at following directions and seeking assistance when necessary to resolve issues. There is also an element of social responsibility in this role, involving providing support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults within the store environment.

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure customer return
