Job Duties

- properly use kitchen equipment including espresso machine, blender, computerized scale and steamer
- label, stock and inventory department merchandise
- report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to department manager
- stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads
- reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures
- identify unsafe conditions and notify store management
- adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and notifying appropriate personnel of repairs
- notify management of customer or employee accidents
- report all safety risks, issues or illegal activities including robbery, theft, or fraud
- work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
