Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment

- prepare beverages to recipe and standards using proper equipment
- tender transactions using best practices
- offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- provide fresh products with correct portion size to prevent shrink
- recommend coffee shop items
- use equipment according to guidelines
- prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients and merchandise
- check product quality and review sell by dates
- use kitchen equipment properly
- label, stock and inventory department merchandise
- report product discrepancies
- stay current with ads
- comply with safety procedures and food safety regulations
- perform preventive maintenance and report needed repairs
- report accidents, safety risks, or illegal activities
- manage conflict cooperatively
- act with honesty and integrity
