Job Duties

- use coffee shop equipment according to guidelines
- prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients and merchandise
- check product quality and review sell by dates
- properly use kitchen equipment including espresso machines and blenders
- label, stock and inventory merchandise
- report product ordering and shipping discrepancies
- stay current with seasonal and special ads
- comply with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions
- practice preventive maintenance on equipment
- notify management of customer or employee accidents and safety risks
- work cooperatively in high-paced environment
