We are currently seeking a customer service-oriented individual for the position of Customer Service Associate within our coffee shop and retail department. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive excellent service in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an inviting environment by answering customer questions, making product suggestions, and delivering quality products according to company standards. The Customer Service Associate will use company-approved equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, ovens, and computerized scales to prepare beverages and food items to customer specifications. They will manage inventory by labeling, stocking, and performing quality checks on products while adhering strictly to food safety regulations and guidelines. Additional responsibilities include reporting any discrepancies in product orders or shipments to management, ensuring all equipment and store areas are clean and functioning properly, and supporting safety programs by identifying and communicating any potential hazards.
