Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner

- provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing

- prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and to customer requests
- tender transactions using company best practices
- offer product samples to help customers discover new items
- inform customers of coffee shop specials
- provide customers with fresh products in correct portions to prevent shrink
- recommend coffee shop items to customers
- use all equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens according to guidelines
- prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients and merchandise
- check product quality to ensure freshness
- properly use kitchen equipment including espresso machine, blender, scale and steamer
- label, stock and inventory department merchandise
- report product ordering and shipping discrepancies
- comply with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions
- practice preventive maintenance of equipment
- notify management of accidents or safety risks
- work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments
- manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- act with honesty and integrity
- follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues
- provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
