Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner

prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and to customer requests
tender transactions using company best practices
offer product samples to help customers discover new items
inform customers of coffee shop specials
provide customers with fresh products in correct portions to prevent shrink
recommend coffee shop items to customers
use all equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens according to guidelines
prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients and merchandise
check product quality to ensure freshness
properly use kitchen equipment including espresso machine, blender, scale and steamer
label, stock and inventory department merchandise
report product ordering and shipping discrepancies
comply with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions
practice preventive maintenance of equipment
notify management of accidents or safety risks
work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments
manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
act with honesty and integrity
follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues
provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
