The role of Store Supervisor at our newly renovated Starbucks location within the Raleigh Marriott City Center presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with previous Starbucks leadership experience to transition their skills into a hospitality setting. This position involves overseeing daily store operations, coaching and developing baristas, and playing an integral role in ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency are maintained consistently. As a key member of the hotel’s leadership team, the Store Supervisor will be instrumental in cultivating a positive workplace culture that aligns with Concord’s mission to be a “Great Place to Work for All.”
