Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have prior experience leading others
  • Have or be willing to obtain certifications as required
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences
  • Bring a history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience
  • Use time and resources efficiently and effectively
  • Act with integrity, pride, and passion daily
  • For bakery department, have one year or more of baking experience
  • For meat department, have knowledge of meat cuts and ability to use meat processing tools
