Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of Starbucks or coffee house experience
- Previous supervisory or management skills
- Minimum of three years food and beverage management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in menu planning and development
- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of Barista roles and procedures
- Minimum of three years food and beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the on-property Starbucks location
- Manage and motivate the Starbucks team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure product quality and adherence to Starbucks brand standards
- Handle scheduling, staffing, and training of baristas
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering procedures
- Control budgets and operational costs to maximize profitability
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
