This particular role focuses on managing the licensed Starbucks store located within the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a coffee or food service environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proven track record of driving operational results
- Experience managing scheduling payroll and inventory
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in Starbucks or a high-volume coffee/food service environment

Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and/or closing duties
- Lead and support the Starbucks team with coaching training and ongoing development
- Manage staffing needs including scheduling payroll and labor management
- Handle ordering inventory and product forecasting to ensure proper stock levels
- Maintain Starbucks brand standards for service cleanliness organization and customer experience
- Drive sales and revenue through effective leadership product knowledge and operational excellence
- Serve as the hotel's representative and liaison with the Starbucks Regional Manager
- Foster a positive team culture focused on service communication and consistency
- Ensure all Starbucks and Hyatt policies food safety guidelines and operational procedures are followed
- Address and resolve guest concerns professionally
