Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a coffee or food service environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proven track record of driving operational results
  • Experience managing scheduling payroll and inventory
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to upholding brand standards and customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in Starbucks or a high-volume coffee/food service environment
  • Strong leadership communication and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to take ownership and drive revenue and operational performance
  • Experience with scheduling payroll and inventory/order management
  • Ability to train coach and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining a clean efficient and guest-focused store
  • Professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality
  • Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to represent both Hyatt and Starbucks standards confidently and professionally

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and/or closing duties
  • Lead and support the Starbucks team with coaching training and ongoing development
  • Manage staffing needs including scheduling payroll and labor management
  • Handle ordering inventory and product forecasting to ensure proper stock levels
  • Maintain Starbucks brand standards for service cleanliness organization and customer experience
  • Drive sales and revenue through effective leadership product knowledge and operational excellence
  • Serve as the hotel's representative and liaison with the Starbucks Regional Manager
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on service communication and consistency
  • Ensure all Starbucks and Hyatt policies food safety guidelines and operational procedures are followed
  • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally
