The role of Starbucks Lead Barista at Sodexo is designed for individuals passionate about coffee craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an hourly pay rate of $18.00 to $19.00 and requires candidates to be flexible with varying shifts to meet the operational needs of the service location. As a Lead Barista, you will be the face of the Starbucks brand in your workplace, responsible not only for hand-crafting quality coffee and beverages but also for cultivating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
