In this role, you will create hand-crafted and high-quality beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blends. You will greet customers warmly, take orders, manage cash and electronic payment systems, and maintain a spotless and inviting environment in line with health and safety standards. Beyond the artistry of coffee preparation, the Lead Barista plays a critical role in training peers, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
