Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous related experience in customer service or food preparation
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Strong teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Previous experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation and inventory control preferred
- Barista certification may be required
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Support and uphold a healthy and safe work environment
- Assist with training and guiding other baristas
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
