Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience preferred in customer service or food service environments
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Must maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented with adaptability and reliability
- Experience preferred in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control
- Starbucks Barista certification required in some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, chai, and fruit smoothies
- Register all sales, process payments via cash, credit card, or electronic methods, and operate the cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, bathrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform other assigned tasks varying by account depending on business needs and client requirements
