As a Starbucks Lead Barista, you will engage directly with customers, preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, chai, and fruit smoothies, ensuring a delightful customer experience. Beyond beverage craftsmanship, your responsibilities include operating cash registers, managing transactions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in all work areas.

This position demands reliability and punctuality, including timely attendance for scheduled shifts. In addition to the core tasks, baristas may undertake various duties depending on business needs and client requirements.
