Candidates must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of cleanliness and product presentation, and be physically capable of performing tasks involving lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems is necessary to manage reports and operational metrics effectively.
