This job opportunity is for a full-time Barista role within Aramark. This position offers an exciting, fast-paced experience for those who enjoy social and engaging environments. As a Barista at Aramark, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable customer experiences by preparing specialty coffee drinks, assisting with food preparation, and managing customer orders and payments efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash and credit transactions accurately while following strict company cash handling policies. Your responsibilities also include greeting customers warmly and anticipating their needs to provide outstanding service, preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Aramark’s brand standards, and ensuring food items meet quality and sanitary guidelines. Additionally, you will set up and break down the coffee bar and stations, maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, stock beverage coolers and service items, and comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
