Starbucks Barista within The Madison Concourse Hotel

We are currently seeking a full-time Barista to join our vibrant and welcoming Starbucks team. This role involves providing a great customer experience that exceeds Starbucks Standards by offering friendly, attentive service. The position requires skillful operation of espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to create a variety of coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks. In addition to preparing drinks, the Barista will serve hot breakfast items and baked goods. This role demands maintaining stock and cleanliness to ensure a presentable and safe store environment, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and proper food handling practices. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a starting wage of $14 per hour plus tips, averaging $18 or more per hour.
