Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform physical activities such as lifting at least 25lbs, standing for extended periods, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders
- frequent use of computers and related technology
- commitment to workplace safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Follow and ensure team follows food division standards and best practices
- provide leadership and direct associates in providing food products and exceptional customer service during shifts
- ensure team prepares and presents drip coffee, cold beverage, espresso bar and pastry products to Starbucks standards
- follow Starbucks merchandising, product presentations and signing standards
- ensure team meets speed of service standards
- monitor food quality using Starbucks checklists
- provide ongoing training, feedback, coaching, and staff motivation to maximize team performance and satisfaction
