The Barista Trainer will exemplify professional grooming standards and model company values. This position also demands physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and manual dexterity, making it essential for candidates to be physically capable of meeting these demands.

Joining Macy's means becoming part of an engaging team where work is not only rewarding but also fun. The organization offers competitive pay rates, comprehensive benefits including health and wellness coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, holidays, and numerous opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement. Macy's encourages employees to grow professionally through leadership development programs and fosters community engagement through Colleague Resource Groups and volunteer initiatives.
