Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan, handle and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in cold environments from 34F to -10F
- ability to work where common allergens may be present
- exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- work independently and with a team
- resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations
- uphold and maintain execution of the Food & Beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, organizing, and storing reserve product
- support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
- follow all food safety requirements and complete cleaning tasks as outlined in best practices
