Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and remain mobile for the duration of shift
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions including refrigerated and outdoor environments
- Ability to climb ladders
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle cash register operations
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience connecting with guests to provide quality handcrafted beverages and food
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food and Beverage Standards and Starbucks brand and food safety standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries replenishment stocking zoning and data accuracy
- Maintain an ongoing awareness of promotional activities within Starbucks
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring digital orders are fulfilled accurately and timely
- Maintain an inviting and clean dining area for guests throughout the day
- Engage with guests to exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
