Job Requirements
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information accurately
- Handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb ladders when required
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in refrigeration and freezer conditions and with allergens
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld technology
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues
- Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing
- Follow all food safety requirements and maintain cleanliness
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed Starbucks standards
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food according to recipe specifications
- Complete all required training and certifications
- Work safely and comply with all safety policies
- Support guest services such as backup cashier and order pick up
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
