Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb ladders safely
- handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- able to work in varied temperature environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- able to work in spaces with common allergens
- capable of maintaining mobility throughout the shift
- adhere to food safety and OSHA guidelines
- comply with Target and Starbucks routines and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- ability to work independently and within a team

- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- capable of managing multiple tasks within set timeframes
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a fresh and abundant shopping experience
- uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stock rotation, cleaning, pricing, and signage
- support Starbucks Drive Up to fulfill digital orders accurately and on time
- maintain an inviting dining area throughout the shift
- engage guests to meet and exceed Starbucks service expectations
- produce handcrafted beverages and food following recipe cards
- monitor and record temperature-sensitive items
- complete and document cleaning tasks
- identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired products
- ensure accurate inventory through proper stock orders and procedures
- execute sampling best practices
- complete required training and certifications
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-Up
- create a welcoming environment by greeting and assisting guests
