The Food & Beverage team at Target plays a crucial role in ensuring guests receive fresh, well-stocked, and accurately priced products every time they visit. As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting handcrafted Starbucks beverages and managing Starbucks Food quality and freshness. A typical day involves managing food deliveries, replenishment, stock rotation, cleaning, pricing, promotional signage, and organizing reserve product. You will also support digital guest order fulfillment, including Starbucks Drive Up services, and maintain a welcoming dining area for guests. This role involves monitoring temperature-sensitive food items and completing cleaning and safety tasks in accordance with best practices.
