Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments including cold storage
- Capable of standing and remaining mobile for an entire shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality necessary
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively using multiple frequency devices
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and OSHA guidelines preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting quality Starbucks beverages and food
- Uphold all Starbucks brand standards and food safety guidelines
- Manage food and beverage processes including replenishment, stocking, and inventory accuracy
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance in the Starbucks area
- Engage with guests authentically to understand and meet their needs
- Complete all required training and comply with Target health and safety policies
