The role available is for a Starbucks Barista within the Food and Beverage team at Target. This is an hourly position starting at $16.25 USD per hour and involves providing a consistent Starbucks experience to guests by delivering freshly prepared handcrafted beverages and food. The Food and Beverage team at Target ensures that products are fresh, well-stocked, accurately priced, and maintain food safety standards. The Barista will be part of a team responsible for replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing across all food and beverage areas.

Baristas at Target’s Starbucks are expected to contribute to an inviting and safe environment while consistently upholding Starbucks and Target’s brand standards. Their responsibilities include food deliveries, replenishment, stocking, rotating inventory, cleaning, and following food safety guidelines. The Barista also supports the Starbucks Drive Up service, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Engagement with guests is essential, with the goal to meet and exceed guest expectations by delivering quality products and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
