Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- capability to climb ladders and safely scan, handle and move merchandise including lifting up to 44 pounds
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays with reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F as needed
- willingness to work in areas where common allergens may be present
- ability to remain mobile and stand for the duration of shifts
- ability to follow food safety guidelines and maintain compliance with all relevant policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with guests to provide quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operations
- uphold and maintain execution of Food and Beverage Standards, Starbucks brand standards and food safety standards
- execute food and beverage processes such as deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, and signing
- maintain awareness of all Starbucks promotions and ensure accurate execution
- support Drive Up order fulfillment ensuring digital guest orders are completed accurately and on time
- maintain a clean and inviting dining area throughout all operating hours
- engage guests authentically to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- produce menu items according to production guidelines and department routines
- monitor and document temperature sensitive food items
- complete all cleaning tasks as outlined in best practices
- follow proper packaging and labeling procedures
- identify and process damaged, recalled or expired items in compliance with best practices
- place store orders to maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper culling of perishables
- execute sampling best practices
- provide genuine greetings and knowledgeable assistance to guests
- complete required Starbucks trainings on quality control
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance at all times
- operate safely to protect self and others
- support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and policies
