Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to lift up to 44 pounds
- ability to climb ladders
- capacity to work in refrigerated and freezer conditions
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to use technology such as handheld scanners and communication devices
- adherence to food safety and OSHA standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to operate handheld scanners and multiple communication devices
- capable of working independently and within a team
- attention to detail with the ability to follow multi-step processes
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly to create an inviting atmosphere
- assist guests in finding products and resolving issues
- deliver handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food to specifications
- maintain food safety, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
- execute food and beverage processes including replenishment and signing
- support Starbucks Drive Up order fulfillment
- engage with guests to exceed satisfaction expectations
