Job Requirements
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed

- ability to work in environments with common allergens

- compliance with federal, state, and local laws when handling restricted products
Job Qualifications
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to operate multiple communication devices and scanners
- strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
- excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- provide an exceptional guest experience by curating handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food to specification
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory rotation, cleaning, and promotional signing
- maintain compliance with food safety and OSHA guidelines
- support Starbucks Drive Up order fulfillment accurately and timely
- engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations while maintaining a welcoming environment
- complete and record cleaning and temperature monitoring tasks
- ensure accurate inventory management including orders and perishable handling
- follow all Target and Starbucks operational routines
- assist with guest services roles like cashier and order pick-up as needed
