Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to climb ladders and handle merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to operate technology equipment as directed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash register operation skills
- Must comply with state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments including refrigeration and freezer conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Work independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests warmly and making eye contact
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant product during all hours of operation
- Uphold and maintain the execution of food and beverage standards including food safety and pricing policies
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing stock
- Support digital order fulfillment such as Starbucks Drive Up and maintain compliance with safety and beverage laws
- Maintain an inviting dining area and engage with guests to exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
