Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to lift or move products up to 44 pounds
- Access all areas of the building to respond to issues
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Work in environments with refrigeration and freezer conditions
- Comply with food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners
- Work independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on greeting, assisting and thanking guests
- Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
- Uphold food and beverage standards including replenishment, rotation, cleaning and signing
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders
- Maintain an inviting dining area and engage guests to exceed expectations
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
- Follow all food safety requirements and complete cleaning tasks as outlined
