This hourly position offers a starting wage of $15.50 USD, with a pay range that can extend to $23.25 USD per hour, making it a competitive employment opportunity. High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Reliable and prompt attendance

Basic math skills for cash register operation
Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
Willingness to comply with safety policies and procedures
Ability to climb ladders and operate technology devices

Job Qualifications

Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members

Job Duties

Deliver an exceptional guest experience connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food
Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food and Beverage Standards and all Starbucks brand standards and food safety standards
Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and backstock
Maintain awareness of all promotional activities within Starbucks
Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent Starbucks experience while driving efficiency and food safety
Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout operating hours
Engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations based on Starbucks standards
Produce items to specifications on production cards and follow department routines
Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items as outlined in best practices
Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices
Follow proper packaging and labeling guidelines for food products
Locate and process damaged, recalled or expired items according to best practice
Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders
Follow proper perishable inventory procedures to maintain accurate inventory records
Execute sampling best practices
Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
Observe and tailor guest interaction based on verbal and non-verbal cues
Engage with guests in a genuine way by asking questions to understand their needs
Be knowledgeable about products and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience
Thank guests genuinely and ensure they feel valued
Complete required Starbucks trainings related to quality control
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
Work safely at all times and comply with all safety policies
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up and Drive-up while maintaining compliance with relevant laws
Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
