Job Requirements
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- able to climb ladders and safely move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in cold environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- ability to work in areas with common allergens
- capable of standing and remaining mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude
- ability to communicate using technology such as handheld scanners
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by making handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food
- uphold and maintain food and beverage, brand, and food safety standards
- execute food and beverage operational processes including stocking, zoning, and inventory accuracy
- support Starbucks Drive-Up and Order Pickup guest services
- maintain cleanliness and inviting dining area
- engage with guests authentically to understand and meet their needs
- follow all food safety and operational compliance guidelines
