Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan and move merchandise safely
- frequently lift or move up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in cold environments down to -10 degrees Fahrenheit
- work around common allergens
- ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity
- remain mobile for entire shift

- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- uphold food and beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries and replenishment
- maintain awareness of promotional activities
- support Starbucks Drive-Up process
- maintain inviting dining area
- engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations
- produce items to specifications
- monitor temperature-sensitive food items
- complete cleaning tasks
- follow packaging and labeling guidelines
- comply with food safety requirements
- identify and process damaged or expired items
- manage inventory accurately
- execute sampling practices
- create a welcoming guest experience
- observe and tailor guest interactions
- engage guests genuinely
- maintain product knowledge
- thank guests sincerely
- complete Starbucks quality control trainings
- demonstrate ethical conduct and safety
- work safely and identify hazards
- support guest services including cashier and order pick-up
- perform other duties as required
