Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Access all areas of the store to respond to guest or team needs
- Ability to climb ladders and handle physical tasks
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
- Clear communication skills and ability to operate cash register when needed
- Commitment to safety policies and compliance with food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or Starbucks experience preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with handheld scanners and digital communication devices
- Ability to follow multi-step processes and maintain attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, inspiring atmosphere
- Assist guests in finding products and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Prepare handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food items following recipe specifications
- Execute food safety and quality standards including inventory rotation and temperature monitoring
- Manage food and beverage replenishment, stocking, and accurate signage on the sales floor
- Support digital order fulfillment processes such as Starbucks Drive Up and order pick-ups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks area including dining spaces
