Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer conditions and handle allergens
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Ability to handle cash register operations as needed
- Good communication skills
- Ability to climb ladders and stand for long periods
- Must comply with all safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners

Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests 10ft away with a smile, initiate warm interactions at 4ft
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues
- End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
- Uphold and maintain food and beverage standards including food safety and cleanliness
- Execute food and beverage processes such as deliveries, replenishment, rotation, and signage
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring digital orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Engage with guests to exceed Starbucks standards by producing handcrafted beverages and food
