Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- ability to handle physical demands such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 44 pounds
- capability to work in varying temperature conditions
- ability to operate cash registers
- prompt and reliable attendance
- ability to work in environments with common allergens present
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain food safety and comply with OSHA guidelines
- commitment to workplace safety and ethical conduct
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- strong problem-solving skills
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience
- uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- follow all Target and Starbucks routines to ensure consistent guest experiences and food safety
- support the Starbucks Drive Up process for accurate and timely order fulfillment
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
- complete and record all cleaning and quality control tasks
