Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- May be a current High School student
- Minimum one year experience in customer service is preferred
- Barista experience is preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- May be required to work evenings, holidays and weekends
- Must have current Food Handler and Allergy training certificate, or must attend Food Handler and Aller-train certification courses for Alterra Mountain company within 14 days of employment

Job Duties
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner while taking accurate orders
- Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages and food items consistently according to Starbucks recipes and presentation standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar and customer-facing spaces
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and products as needed throughout the shift
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
