Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for cash handling
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages in accordance with Starbucks standards
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment and workstations
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
Upsell products and promote new offerings to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during shifts
