Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle products safely
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work variable shifts including weekends
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Enjoy interacting with customers one-on-one
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Great listening and communication skills
- Maintain good eye contact and positive body language
- Comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products
Job Duties
- Create 'WOW' moments for customers
- Assist customers with Starbucks orders and provide product suggestions
- Ensure quality service and comply with safety and sanitation procedures
- Respond effectively to customer questions
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Build trustful relationships to encourage repeat visits
- Stock products and maintain displays according to merchandising standards
