This position is for a Starbucks Barista Lead located at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) in Philadelphia, PA. As a Barista Lead, you will be an essential part of the Starbucks team, supporting daily store operations by leading shifts, coaching partners, and ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service that aligns with Starbucks standards. This role involves managing and motivating the team and maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency within the store. The hourly wage for this full-time position is $19.54, with an additional benefits stipend of $5.09 per hour, which can be used toward health insurance costs, making the total potential hourly compensation up to $24.63. Full-time employees are also expected to work weekends as part of the schedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient store operations by engaging with customers, managing shifts, and stepping in as Manager on Duty when necessary.
