Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year customer service experience
Less than 1 year leadership experience
Manager Food Handler Certification 30 days
Ability to work night shift and rotating weekends
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
Identify areas of risk problems and advise food service leadership
Work on resolution while keeping leadership informed
Perform daily audits encompassing customer service labeling dating waste and temperature
Conduct ongoing and initial training of staff to ensure compliance capabilities
Oversee daily production operations and manage team effectively in the absence of the team leader
Ensure cash handling accuracy and maintain cleanliness standards
