Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math and communication skills
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively seeking ways to enhance their experience
- craft quality beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences
- master the menu by learning all items and specials to confidently assist guests and answer their questions
- serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and completing orders promptly with attention to detail
- comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
