Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to maintain safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to lift and handle products as required
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- highly organized with great attention to detail

- comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment
- ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- create memorable customer experiences with positive and lasting impact
- assist customers with their Starbucks orders and services
- provide product suggestions and help with special orders
- maintain quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures
- respond to customer questions effectively and efficiently
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- build trusting relationships with customers to encourage return visits
- stock products and displays according to merchandising standards
