Job Requirements
- Flexible availability for scheduling 18 to 28 hours per week
- Minimum 18 hours of work per week year-round
- Ability to work shifts between 5 am and 10 pm
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Weekend and holiday availability is mandatory
- Ability to handle food according to state health codes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to memorize and follow recipes accurately
- Interest in coffee preparation and product knowledge
- Experience working in a customer service environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and refreshments according to Starbucks recipes
- Maintain drink consistency and quality
- Provide friendly and appreciative customer service
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to support teamwork
- Handle food and beverages following state health codes
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Keep work area organized and clean
