The role primarily involves performing opening and closing duties within the coffee and food service areas, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The responsibilities include setting up necessary supplies and tools, stocking work areas, taking and inputting customer orders using the MICROS cash register system, preparing food and coffee beverages, and handling cash transactions accurately. The candidate will also ensure that all equipment, such as coffee makers, is operated at appropriate times and that all areas, including coffee carts and tables, are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.

In addition to operational tasks, this role demands a strong adherence to safety and security policies, requiring the employee to report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly and to complete ongoing safety training and certifications. Professionalism is key, with expectations for maintaining a clean, professional appearance and upholding confidentiality of company information and assets.
