Duties include preparing beverage selections to recipe standards according to customer requests, handling transactions with the utmost professionalism, and offering product samples to encourage customers to discover new items and specials within our coffee shop.

Additionally, the role involves maintaining product freshness and quality by checking sell-by dates and handling inventory responsibly. The candidate will also use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, computerized scales, and steamers in accordance with company guidelines to prepare and package items. Safety is paramount; therefore, compliance with all food safety regulations and safety programs is essential, alongside identifying and reporting unsafe conditions or discrepancies to management.

In this role, you will be expected to manage conflict professionally and cooperatively, act with honesty and integrity concerning customer and business information, and handle sensitive situations such as assisting minors, individuals with special needs, or older adults. Working in a high-paced environment requires resilience, teamwork, and adherence to company policies, including reporting any safety risks and illegal activities promptly. Job Duties
