Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and equipment, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Enter orders into the MICROS point of sale system and prepare food and coffee
- Ensure appliances like coffee makers are turned on and off at appropriate times
- Clean tables and coffee cart areas
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
- Obtain necessary change for expected transaction levels
- Compute cash register at shift end, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, provide receipts and secure cash drawer
