This job opportunity is for a Starbucks Barista within the Food & Beverage team at Target. The Food & Beverage team plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a consistent and exceptional experience by managing product freshness, stock availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional signage on the sales floor. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering the authentic Starbucks coffeehouse experience that customers expect, by preparing handcrafted beverages and fresh food items to Starbucks specifications. This position includes engaging guests warmly, supporting team efforts, maintaining food safety compliance, and executing operational processes efficiently.
