Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to stand and remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to work in refrigeration, freezer temperatures and varying environmental conditions
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team issues
- Accurate cash register operation as needed
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Ability to climb ladders if required
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
- Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, rotation, signing, and organizing product
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and timely
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
- Follow all food safety and cleaning requirements including monitoring temperature sensitive items
