Job Requirements

- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and handle products safely
- demonstrate strong communication skills
- be comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment
- be available to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

- assist customers with their Starbucks orders including special requests
- provide product suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction
- ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures
- respond effectively and efficiently to customer inquiries
- work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- stock products and maintain merchandising standards
