Job Requirements
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders if needed
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving products up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in refrigeration and freezer temperatures and handle common allergens
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on greeting guests and providing assistance
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
- Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards including replenishment, inventory accuracy, and food safety
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards while following all food safety requirements
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and on time
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices
