Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to interact and help others including guests and team members
- Thrive in a physically demanding fast moving role
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders if needed
- Scan handle and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Ability to work in refrigeration freezer temperatures and handle common allergens
- Capability to remain mobile during scheduled shifts
- Follow safety policies best practices and report hazards
- Comply with federal state and local adult beverage laws while supporting guest services
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Work independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create an easy inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests 10ft and 4ft with a smile and warm interaction
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Deliver a fresh and abundant shopping experience prioritizing guest needs
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries replenishment stock routines culling rotation cleaning signing and organizing reserve product
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and on time
- Follow food safety requirements monitor and record temperature sensitive items
- Complete and record cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices
